Overview
Bloomberg has a continual stream of Facilities capital works projects across APAC for which the IT infrastructure components were managed by an over-stretched Sydney-based resource. We implemented a project portfolio reporting framework to support our client’s resource with the control, communication and coordination offered by a PMO function. In addition, We provided access to a pool of technical consultants to assist with ad-hoc requests in Australia and Asia in the following areas:
• Physical Infrastructure (Structured Cabling Systems)
• Network Infrastructure
• Unified Communications
• Audio-Visual and Multimedia
• Physical Security
Bloomberg benefited from our extensive industry knowledge from a current major projects with them in London which was reflected in our support of their projects across APAC.
