During the migration stage we will identify and balance the corresponding factors of: speed, cost-effectiveness, criticality and priority of the identified workloads. Migrating systems in a well planned and controlled manner to the cloud.
Our project governance and management service provides an end-to-end migration process, coordinating all the relevant parties under the our inhouse developed Enterprise Programme and Project Management framework (EPPM). Project Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Changes (RAIDC) will be tracked and reviewed regularly with you to ensure the transition process is smooth, risks are minimised and SLAs are maintained.
