Although we charge for our services (there are free services provided by our peers) we are independent and can show that you will pay less utilising our services which are designed to support your business, not the Data Centre Service Provider market.
We understand the Data Centre market and the fee models and so can provide a wealth of experience from our advisors in acting as the primary interface with the Data Centre service Provider.
Our services include:
- Data Centre Market Assessment – Identifying the Data Centre Service Providers in the market that are aligned to the your needs. No two providers are the same and some may not have any space.
- Data Centre Request for Proposal – We are able to quickly identify your needs and develop the RFP and get it into the market. Our team engage with the Providers and are able to obtain proposals from the key suppliers. We will then undertake an Evaluation (usually including your team) to short list and with site tours are ale to identify the preferred Supplier.
- Data Centre Commercial and Contract Advisory Service – In many cases the Data Centre Service Providers contract is biased and there is a need for your legal advisors to review the contract before signature. We can assist your legal team to unravel the service requirements and how they impact the clauses in the contract. We assess the Contract Schedules and Service Levels to ensure they meet your needs. Finally once the contract is signed the service can be handed over to the implementation team.
