The Strategy will through a Discovery Stage capture key data that will be used in the analysis and strategy development stage and using our inhouse tools enables us to develop Strategy options to be explored and validated with you and your stakeholders.
The outcome of the Cloud Strategy service is an assessment and analysis of the current IT environment with an analysis of the systems and services that can/could be transformed and transitioned to a Cloud service whether, Public, Private or into a Hybrid environment.
The Strategy will also assess the Risks and Issues, Costs and Benefits, potential changes to the Operating Model, and Transition Roadmap for the implementation of the Cloud Strategy.
